We want you to love your Wildflower case as much as we do, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unused items within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your Wildflower case in its original custom box and place it inside a shipping mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
